Skookum Flats Hike. This Saturday, September 21. A pleasant hike alongside the White River (no access to river) to Skookum Falls and return, less than five miles round trip. We will meet at 8:30 AM to carpool or caravan for about an hour and a half to the trailhead. Northwest Forest Pass required for parking at the trailhead. Summer Film Series concludes this Sunday, Sept 22 at 7 pm in the Parish Hall. The series features the Ancient Roads from Christ to Constantine.

Parish Posts-Extra (PPE) is a periodic communication tool and will serve as your guide to events, activities, and things of note going on within the church community. The PPE was emailed Thursday afternoon. Hard copies are available in the Narthex for those without email.
Women’s Bible Study group welcomes Rev. Dr. Bill Hardwick. He will lead in the study of Genesis beginning October 1. The group meets at Saint Mary’s on the first and third Tuesday of the month from 1 to 3 o’clock p.m. Newcomers are welcome.
Body and Soul October lecture series will be held each Wednesday beginning with a meal at 6 pm. The presenter is Leticia Guardiola-Saenz Ph.D. The 7 pm program will highlight the gospels of Mark, Matthew, Luke, and John. The series will culminate Oct 30 with a summary of all four. Please sign up in the Narthex. Cost -Dinner/Lecture $10 and Lecture only $5. Each meal will feature an entrée, tossed salad, rolls, and dessert. Blessing of the Animals will take place during each service on Sunday, October 6. Annual Pet Food drive kicks off on October 1. Please fill the cart with gifts of nourishment for God’s creatures in need. Dry (kibble) Moist (Canned) for dogs, and cats. Birdseed and critter mix welcome also.
