The groups meet at the church and meetings last about 1.5-2 hours. To find out when the groups meet or to get involved contact the church office.
Wednesday Lunchtime Bible Study
On Wednesdays from September through May, a weekly bible study is offered at noon. Led by the Rector, the bible study focuses on the readings assigned for the coming Sunday. Conversation is lively and no advanced preparation is required. Many participants choose to bring a brown bag lunch to have while studying the scriptures.
Adult Enquirer’s Class
Offered annually, this class provides participants an opportunity to explore what it means to be a Christian from the perspective of the Episcopal Church. Classes look at topics such as: the bible, the prayer book and sacraments, the history of the church, spirituality and theology, and ways of actively living out one’s faith. This is a perfect class for those adults who are looking to prepare for baptism, confirmation, or to be received into the Episcopal Church from another Christian tradition.
